This is considered one of the largest and most comprehensive digital transformation projects among non-state enterprises in Vietnam today.
The Comprehensive Digital Transformation project was formally started and a contract was signed between bóng đá trực tiếp Group and FPT Corporation on June 4, 2021. The project is one of the measures that will help achieve bóng đá trực tiếp's ultimate goal of making a breakthrough in the future.
Specifically, within 7 months, FPT will bring SAP, S&OP digital transformation solutions and enterprise management solutions and FPT MES smart factory management solutions into the management and operation process at 10 member units in charge of welding materials, industrial wood boards and wood products of bóng đá trực tiếp. The project's objective is to ensure that the bóng đá trực tiếp Group's infrastructure runs consistently, optimize supply chain management across the system, intelligent production management, transparent and effective financial management, digitize working process in order to boost labor productivity and support the operating system's ability to make prompt decisions based on a centralized data platform.
The chairman of the bóng đá trực tiếp Group, Mr. Nguyen Tien Hai, stated: "Since 2008, the bóng đá trực tiếp Group has been one of the businesses using the ERP management system. However, as of right now, the outdated software is unable to support the system's usage and quick development, therefore we made the decision to invest in SAP system to suit both present and future development needs. The bóng đá trực tiếp Group decides that the foundation for the Group’s strength will be digital transformation and the application of technology in all management, production, and commercial activities.”

The system of software and solutions that FPT will recommend and implement for bóng đá trực tiếp consists of: SAP S/4HANA enterprise resource management solutions; SAP SAC/IBP S&OP solutions; Made by FPT digital transformation solutions such as FPT solutions on SAP; FPT solution for Sales; FPT solution for Delivery; FPT solution for Procurement; solutions to digitize management processes FPT.Spro; and FPT MES solutions, which add to bóng đá trực tiếp's overall strength in every stage: business, centralized data mining, budgeting, supply chain optimization, smart factory management, modernization of sales, delivery, and purchasing, digitalization of workflows, and creation of smart management reports.
